Welcome

These terms govern your use of Vault Family Coaching ("the Service"), operated by Jared Hansen as a sole proprietorship based in Las Vegas, NV. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

What We Do

Vault Family Coaching creates personalized behavioral game systems for families with children aged 6–14. Parents provide information about their child, and we use AI to generate a custom game system with rules, reward structures, and printed materials tailored to your family.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a parent or legal guardian of the child for whom you are creating a game system. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Your Account and Data

When you use the Service, you provide information about yourself and your child — including your child's name, age, personality traits, interests, and behavioral targets. You are responsible for the accuracy of this information.

You are also responsible for keeping your contact information current so we can reach you about your game system.

AI-Generated Content

Your game system is generated using artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude API). The AI creates personalized rules, themes, reward structures, and printed materials based on the information you provide about your child.

You will have the opportunity to review and approve your game system before using it with your child. We encourage you to read through everything and let us know if anything needs adjustment.

Intellectual Property

The Vault Family Coaching brand, website, and underlying game engine are owned by Jared Hansen. The personalized game system generated for your family is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use with your family. You may print and share materials within your household, but you may not resell, redistribute, or commercially use the generated content.

Not Medical or Therapeutic Advice

Vault Family Coaching is a behavioral game system — not therapy, medical treatment, or professional counseling. While the system is informed by established behavioral psychology principles (token economies), it is not a substitute for professional help.

If your child has significant behavioral, emotional, or developmental needs, please consult a qualified healthcare provider or licensed therapist. We are a game system, not a clinical service.

SMS Communications

If you opt in, we will send daily SMS check-in messages to the phone number you provide. These messages are related to your child's game system (e.g., daily target reminders, game updates).

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to create great game systems, but we cannot guarantee specific behavioral outcomes for your child.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vault Family Coaching and Jared Hansen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know via email or SMS. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
